This is a course for individuals who would like to increase their confidence, feel more assertive, cope more effectively with stress and manage their time more efficiently

Course Content

The course will normally run either over 3 days in 3 consecutive weeks 9:30 am-4:30 pm or 8 evening sessions of 2.5 hours 6:30pm-9:00pm.

The course is accredited by the Open College Network at level 3 with a credit value of 1.
